Apparently, Dimitar is having his holiday in Greece with Elena. So there is little news about him. However, Sportal.bg reports that Elena plans to marry Dimitar by the end of this year. AleG Book presentation

Dimitar in his role as UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador presented the book “You Can” which explains the Right of People with Disabilities. This international publication was edited and published by UNICEF. The presentation was held last Sunday, June 7. There, Dimitar read a passage from the book and urged the media to address the situation of children with disabilities, making their achievements more visible.

The Bulgarian National Football Team has jeopardized their qualification to the 2010 World Cup. The match between Bulgaria and Ireland in Sofia called for a must win for the home side if they were looking to get a chance. However, the only managed to get a draw with one goal for each side. Next Saturday, Bulgaria will play their sixth qualifying match for the 2010 World Cup. Bulgaria is in Europe’s group 8. They are in third place with 7 points in 5 matches, behind Italy with 14 points and Ireland with 12 points, both in 6 matches. This must-win-match will be played in Sofia against Ireland. AleG Launch of Teenage Anti-Risk Campaing

In case you were wondering where was Dimitar last weekend, we have the answer. Apparently, he did not get married on May as some reports suggested. On Sunday May 31, he was present in the kick off of the Information Campaign about Risk Factors for Young People’s Development and Health. A friendly football game between two high schools launched the campaign. The project is conducted by the National Center for Protection of Public Health and Dimitar’s Foundation.

AleG CL final vs Barcelona

Manchester United lost the title for the European Champions in Rome. Barcelona won the Champions League final with two goals. Manchester United beat Hull at the KC Stadium with one goal in the first half. AleG ManUtd dinner Gala awards

Last night, Manchester United celebrated a dinner Gala at Old Trafford which awarded the best players for the Club. Vidic won both of the main accolades. He is Player’s Player of the Year and Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year. The first award is voted by the ManUtd players and the second award is voted by the fans on the official website.

Congratulations! Manchester United won their 11th Premier League title, equaling Liverpool’s record with 18 League titles. Manchester United are Barclays Premier League Champions 2009.
