Match against QPR for Carling Cup

This is my third season following Manchester United. That is why I cannot say it was a dreadful and unexpected match for the Carling Cup against QPR. QPR is a Championship team; I think it is like a second division. Neither Dimitar, Rooney or Ronaldo played this match; they were not even in the bench.

Normally, ManUtd always play a weakened team when they meet non Premiership oposition in the early stages of the FA and Carling Cups.

I cannot say the result is a bad sign as they reach the next stage. It is just apparent that team of IX players is not cohesive enough. But I think Tevez might feel insulted for playing that kind of matches. He should not. Especially after that team performance, they needed experienced players. It is a little sad to see that the goal came from a penalty committed to a youngster after 76 minutes of play.

It is a little worrying that Liverpool and Chelsea -top of the Premier League at this time - crashed in their matches. I think it was their plan as they can concentrate in other tournaments: Premiership, CL, FA.

I couldn't watch the match cause ESPN here decided to show Arsenal-Wigan!!!! I knew the team was a kind of "second team" but I'm not surprised. Always is like that, until they reach a most important stage of the competition, so we can see Dimitar, Rooney, Cristiano and the rest of the fellas!
