Interview after Everton

Dimitar was interviewed by Sky Sports right after United was eliminated in the FA Cup Semifinals by Everton in a shootout. It was brave of him as many fans think of him as the villain for this exit. Dimitar was the first shooter on the list and produced a soft penalty kick, labeled as lazy. The professionalism of the Sky Sports reporter surprised me as he point blank asked Dimitar about his “unusual” penalty. Dimitar is very serious in this interview and obviously knows that the reporter wants to put him on the spot. Dimitar explains how he took the penalty; I think it was sheer arrogance. He concludes that he knows he let the team down but as a professional he must go on.
