Kiko, wonderful!!! Very complete. I have no idea he knew he would not play vs Derby then. I just heard the scattered words: Ferguson, Cantona and Messi but obviously did not understand what he was asked or what he answer. Thank you, Kiko. Thank you very much.

The comment was too long so i had to split it. :)

Berba: I came to Man Utd, because they have the best players in the world and the best coach in the world, because i wanted to improve my game, i knew then that it would be difficult and it is still difficult, but it was never easy for me, there will always be people who don't like you, so you always have to prove a point, but that's part of the job.

Journalist: Can you transfer your great club form in the national team, especially with the new coach coming and i think we all know who will that person be...

Berba: Let's not rush things and wait for the new coach to be unveiled. We also have to wait for the ellections
for president of the Bulgarian Football Union. No matter who these people will be, they have to work in the
interest of the football in Bulgaria, not against it.

Journalist: Do you follow closely the situation around the elections and the national team?

Berba: Yes, I will always give my opinion whether i'm asked to or not, because i'm in the game for long time
and i know how things work, unlike other people. But in the end of the day the people in charge make all the
decisions, when i'm in charge one day, then i'll make these decisions.

Journalist: The football pundits predict that this is the year of Messi. Can it be your year instead?

Berba: I'm looking at my own game, at my own team, i want to give my part for the team, so that we win trophies. It's not my goal to be something i am not. For now everything is going great, with the help of my teammates.

Journalist: Does the fact that there was no football player amongst the nominated kids tonight worry you?

Berba: No. OK, you can ask the kids something.

Journalist: Your comment for tonight event?

Berba: I think it turned out very well, at least i hope so. We did this entirely for the kids. The most important
thing is that we made them happy and if this event gets enough publicity, even more people will join me in this
cause, if not i will continue alone, but it's all about the kids, so maybe you should ask them a few questions as
well.

Journalist: Is this how you imagined the whole project?

Berba: Yes, this will be done every year hopefully, and i'm really surprised how many kids showed tonight, and i
wish next year even more kids will come. I'm very happy by the fact that so many kids want to show their talents. The parents are also happy and they are proud of their kids. The whole future is ahead of them. When i was a kid i received support from others, now it is time to return the favor.

Journalist: Was Sir Alex reluctant to let you come here tonight?

Berba: If the reason for my absence is something like tonight's event, then there is no problem. He understands, he just said "Go! But come back on time".

Journalist: Will you take part in tomorrow's game? ( against Darby County on 20th Jan)

Berba: We didn't talk about that, but most probably not, because i played many games in a row, so maybe tomorrow i'll be given a break, but i don't know for sure.

Journalist: You and your teammates are producing some magic moments on the field lately. How's that possible?

Berba: We train very hard. At any given moment when you turn left or right, a teammate is there to support you,
you are never alone. And when you know that, its encouraging, you play for the team and the things are starting to happen, even in the last minute (match against Bolton).

Jornalist: Is the goal against Bolton the one that you value the most since you become a Man Utd plater?

Berba: My part for that goal was the easiest, just to put in the back of the net, the most difficult part was done
by Carlos Tevez. This time i scored the goal, the next it will be someone else, but the most important thing for
me is that the defense is very solid, we didn't concede a goal for 10 games. We have to appreciate that.

Journalist: In the game against Chelsea you scored again in the last minute. Is this becoming a trademark for you?

Berba: No, it is all about the high fitness level and about the fact that we are not losing our concentration
throughout the whole match. This is something that Sir Alex keeps telling us: don't lose your concentration.

Journalist: How do you feel at this point?

Berba: I hope i will become even better. When i reach the point from where i cannot get any better, then it is the end, but there is still time until then.

Journalist: Any words about the Cantona comparisons?

Berba: It is good that i'm being compared to such a player, but it is also harmful because sometimes people expect me to play exactly like Cantona. And i even told your english colleagues that i don't want to be compared to him.I am down here, he is up there (hand gestures) so there is some time until i reach his level.

Journalist: And can you reach his level?

Berba: You have to understand that this is not my goal. My number one priority is the team. It doesn't matter if
i score or i assist for the goal, i am happy as long as i do my part for the team to win the title.

Journalist: On personal level, what is the most important for you: the Premiership, the Champions League, or you just don't have a choice on that matter?

Berba: No, i don't. In such a club we play to win everything, and if we win everything i will be the happiest man
on the earth. It is very difficult though, we have a lot of matches in front of us, including Inter in the CL, but
we have the necessary team, we have a great manager, so we can do it.

Journalist: When you transferred to Man Utd, is this how you imagined it? You are on first place in EPL, was that the reason for your transfer?

Berba: I came to Man Utd, because they have the best pla
